Our founder, George Lane , established his luxury real estate marketing empire as the creator and publisher of Pinnacle Magazine. George’s eye for high-impact images and copy as well as his understanding of the luxury home buyer market set his magazine apart from all competitors. Within a few short years, Pinnacle Magazine was in full national distribution with the top luxury agents in all major markets as regular monthly advertisers.
Through Pinnacle, George learned the value of providing exclusive territories to his advertising affiliates. He took these lessons learned and expanded his real estate marketing empire into multiple magazines including Farm and Ranch and American Luxury Estates.
In the early 2000s, George began to transition from print to digital publishing. He leveraged the easy global connectivity of the internet by launching realpropertyluxurygroup.com. George’s contacts from the magazines quickly signed up to be a member of one of the largest private global luxury real estate referral groups.
Once his children left for college, George sold his house in Houston and bought a ranch in Fulshear, an hour west of Houston. He immediately discovered buying a ranch is very different than buying a house; he now has donkeys, goats, a lake, a pond, and many acres that need tree services and regular maintenance. Needless to say, George learned everything he could about ranches and rural real estate in a very short period of time.
